Welcome to Omelet App (“Omelet app”, “we” or “us”) website located at and/or a subdomain ( (“Site”). Omelet app currently operates as product of Gigabyte consultancy registered in Netherlands with KVK number (72287225).

What does our company products stand for? That delicious homemade food you’d like to order for yourself. Food with quality ingredients, made with love, and healthy to eat multiple times a week.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect your personal data when you use our services, for example when you place an order through our Sites or app. We also look at how visitors use our Sites in order to improve our services and optimize the customer experience.

We collect data:

1.if you create an account with us or change your account settings;

2. when you place an order with us and during the ordering process (including for payment and delivery);

3.if you authorize us to contact you by email, phone, post, text message or chat about marketing campaigns or to invite you to surveys about our services or the services of our partners; 

4. if you contact us directly by email, telephone, post, text message or chat; and

5. when you browse and use our Sites (before and after you create an account with us). We also collect information from third party websites such as advertising platforms and our fraud prevention provider


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
