Omelet sounds different depending how it's held. Here are some grips we like to use.

(Un)plugged

Omelet uses different source audio depending on whether it's playing through the built-in speakers or the headphone jack. To maximize volume through the built-in speakers, Omelet uses source audio that better matches the speaker characteristics. When playing through the headphone jack, Omelet automatically switches to high-fidelity source audio with greater dynamic range. So to hear Omelet perform its best, we recommend:

• Using headphones
• Plugging your iPhone or iPod touch into the line-in of your Hi-Fi
• Plugging your iPhone or iPod touch into a DI box, when performing at a gig
